Cihuatan Indigo 8 Year old rum – Cihuatan means ‘the land beside the sleeping woman,’ referring to the beautiful El Salvador valley where this sugarcane rum is made. Rich, sweet, sipping worthy. This aged rum comes from El Salvador. It was created as a homage to the Mayan God of rain, dubbed Indigo, and spent its eight years of ageing in American oak bourbon barrels.
