Maturation Process:

• Initial Aging: Matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, imparting foundational flavors of vanilla and honey.

• Secondary Maturation: Finished in hand-selected Matusalem and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, enriching the whisky with complex sherry influences.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Sweet and welcoming aromas of caramel and honey, complemented by fruity notes and a subtle hint of chocolate.

• Palate: Soft and light mouthfeel with prominent flavors of caramel and honey, accompanied by fruity undertones of apple and citrus.
