Gentle peat smoke, delicate flowers, and sweet butterscotch fill the nose, while the palate initially offers notes of sharp citrus, blossom honey, creamy vanilla, and rich, earthy peat.

The Week of Peat is inspired by the tradition, started in 2002, of distilling peated malt for only one week every year.
