This Gin is distilled in the Copper Pot Still which is only limited to 500 litres per batch. Initially, 15 plant substances are macerated in a neutral sugar cane spirit to extract flavour compounds and essential oils. Subsequently, six further characteristic plant compounds are infused into the gin by the process of steam infusion via a copper basket.
