Production Process:

• Aging: Initially matured in ex-bourbon barrels, then finished for six months in casks that previously held Foursquare’s “Mark X 2007” Barbados Rum, imparting nuanced tropical fruit notes.
• Bottling: Non-chill filtered and bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV), preserving its full flavor profile.

• Aroma: Coconut, treacle, lemon peel, almond, nougat, fig, and vanilla, with subtle tropical hints of mango and candied pineapple.
