G4 Blanco Tequila is a premium, unaged spirit crafted by Master Distiller Felipe Camarena at the renowned El Pandillo Distillery in Jalisco, Mexico. This tequila exemplifies traditional production methods, resulting in a pure and authentic expression of Blue Weber agave.

Production Process:

• Agave Selection: Utilizes estate-grown, mature Blue Weber agave, ensuring optimal sugar content and flavor development.
• Cooking: Agave hearts are slowly roasted in traditional brick ovens, allowing for even cooking and the development of rich, sweet flavors.
• Extraction: Employs a combination of traditional tahona (stone wheel) and mechanical roller mill to extract the agave juice, balancing artisanal methods with efficiency.
• Fermentation: The extracted juice ferments naturally with wild yeast in open-air stainless steel tanks, promoting a complex flavor profile.
• Distillation: Double-distilled in copper pot stills, refining the spirit while preserving the agave’s character.
• Water Source: A unique blend of 50% collected rainwater and 50% spring water from the distillery’s property is used, contributing to the tequila’s distinct minerality and smoothness.
