Handcrafted in Japan, after careful maceration of the typical Japanese citrus fruit grown in Akita prefecture where the distillery is located, Yuzu. The citrus notes are strong and the freshness of this gin is absolute.

The Etsu Double Yuzu Japanese Gin has a strong citrus aroma, from lemon and yuzu. As it is made with two types of yuzu, this is a predominant flavor profile as well, with hints of lemon also to be found.

NOSE: Fresh yuzu and lemon.

TASTE: Resh on yuzu and lemon.

FINISH: Rounded, fresh, and supple.
