Production Process:

• Cooking: Low-pressure, slow agave roast to enhance bright, forward flavors.

• Fermentation: Natural fermentation using winemakers’ yeast.

• Distillation: Double distilled.

• Aging: Aged in American white oak barrels for 4 months.
