Carpano Vermouth Dry

This dry vermouth is new to the U.S. market, and it’s a winner. Aromas of pear, tropical fruit, and minerals waft up from this pale liquid, which is well-structured and slightly sweet at first with lingering flavors of pear and tropical fruit.

It’s excellent in martinis and other cocktails calling for dry vermouth, but unlike most dry vermouths, it would be pleasing on its own with ice and a twist of orange peel.
