Bunnahabhain Single Malt Scotch Feis Ile 2022 Abhainn Araig

Bottled for Fèis Ìle 2022, this single malt from Bunnahabhain has been named Abhainn Araig, meaning “Araig River” in Scots Gaelic. The whisky itself was drawn from a combination of ex-bourbon casks and Pedro Ximénez sherry octave casks, creating a complex and intriguing flavor profile. A blend of aromas including chocolate, ginger, and dried tobacco fill the nose; supporting notes of milk chocolate, raisins, and dried raspberries are complemented by honey, macadamia nuts, toffee, and cinnamon throughout the palate.
