For more than a century, American Rye Whiskey was almost exclusively produced in what was referred to as a Three Chamber Still. These stills extracted distillate, but more importantly, they unlocked oils and aromas hidden in grains.

NOSE: Peaches, lavender, honey, plums, pears, and candied fruit

PALATE: Light fruits, chamomile, cocoa, honey, maple syrup, and vanilla
